Ulaş Özkan

Biography

​​

He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2011. From the early years of his legal career, he provided legal consultancy services to prestigious clients operating in the automotive, fast-moving consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors, and represented them in civil and criminal litigations. He was involved in every stage of civil and criminal litigations, especially in white-collar crimes, product liability, commercial disputes, as well as disputes arising from family and inheritance law, and resolving companies’ disputes related to tax, customs, and labor law. He served as an instructor at the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center during the 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 periods.

He is a member of the Turkish Criminal Law Association and the International Criminal Law Association and has been serving on the board of the Turkish Criminal Law Association since 2018. He continues his master’s education in Public Law at Galatasaray University.
