Biography

Orçun Solak graduated from the Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2012. Before joining our team as a Partner in 2026, he spent fifteen years at one of Turkey’s leading law firms, serving as a partner for the last four of those years.

In 2024, Orçun enhanced his academic and professional profile by completing the MBA program at IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, graduating with honors.

He has extensive expertise across all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Orçun has advised a wide range of clients across numerous industries, including leading domestic and international companies. He has provided legal counsel on many complex, multi stakeholder, and market shaping projects, including the sale of prominent Turkish gaming and e commerce companies, as well as significant mergers and acquisitions in the media, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Orçun’s professional achievements have earned international recognition; he has been named a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 and a Rising Star Partner by IFLR, positioning him among Turkey’s leading lawyers in his fields of practice.
